Elegant Wedding Editorial at Wandering Tree Estate

I recently had the opportunity to be part of an incredible editorial shoot at Wandering Tree Estate in North Barrington, Illinois. Hosted by Kristina Conrad of Petal and Pop Weddings and Sara Richardson of SoCo36 Weddings and Events, this shoot was a beautiful blend of elegance, creativity, and natural charm.

The setting at Wandering Tree Estate was simply breathtaking. The estate’s lush gardens and tranquil lake provided a stunning backdrop that added a touch of magic to every shot. With a location as picturesque as this, it was easy to create something truly special.

Modern Story Event Co. took the lead on full-service design and florals, crafting a look that was both sophisticated and organic. Their work seamlessly blended with the natural beauty of the estate, enhancing the overall aesthetic. The linens, provided by BBJ La Tavola, added texture and elegance to the tablescapes, while the stationery from The Paper Vow brought a personalized touch that tied everything together.

Hair and makeup by Glam It Up Meg perfectly complemented the setting, giving our models, Tori Zanoni and Xander Kaz, looks that were polished yet effortlessly stylish. The cake, crafted by Maria Ciuverca, was a true work of art—both beautiful and delicious. Sage Hill Rentals provided the perfect pieces to complete the scene, adding a touch of rustic charm that balanced the estate’s elegance.

Behind-the-scenes content creation was handled by Lanovia Creations, capturing the essence of the day through video, while Queen Annes Lace Photo documented the process with some fantastic BTS photos. It was a day filled with creativity and collaboration, and the results speak for themselves.
