Engagement session - $400
Engagement sessions are for more than just save the date cards. They are a great way for us to get to know each other and for you to see how I work so it won't even be a second thought coming wedding day.
Engagement sessions typically last around 1-2 hours and are generally booked on a weekday evening about 2 hours before sunset. I find that this time frame works best as there are less people out in public venues and it gives us a greater range of location possibilities.
Second Photographer - $600
Let me start by saying that I photograph most weddings by myself, however sometimes it just makes logistical sense to have a second photographer. I can’t be in two places at the same time and if you want photos of getting ready in two totally different locations, or you want lots of detail photos during cocktail hour while we’re out taking photos – a second photographer is the best way to go about it.
I only use photographers that I trust and whose style and approach is similar to my own. All images are given to me for safe keeping and edited for delivery right along with my own.
Highlight video - $600
Photography is my top priority on your wedding day. Yet, for those couples who might not be hiring a videographer, I provide a unique option: capturing your special day through a hybrid highlight video. This offering is a carefully crafted blend of photography and videography, designed to vividly bring to life the genuine emotions and happiness of your celebration.
With a runtime of approximately 2-4 minutes, these videos are ideal for couples who prioritize photography yet also desire preserving their wedding day memories in motion.

Often, the experience of seeing your photos actually printed in a physical / tangible form can be forgotten about. It’s an important factor to consider when you’re thinking about what you truly want out of your wedding photos. Sometimes it’s just a totally different feeling to pull out a wedding album than it is to boot up your computer. To look at ink instead of pixels. To hold the memories of your day in your hands… without any need for an outlet.
Wedding albums are conveniently offered with every wedding collection from inside of your client gallery. There are multiple options for album sizes and covers.

01. WHAT ARE PRICES?
Pricing for wedding photography is based on several factors – to include date, location, hours needed and products desired to name a few. Current pricing and collection information can be found on my pricing page above. I offer collections tailored to suit the needs and budgets of the majority of couples.
02. WHAT’S YOUR APPROACH?
My style and approach is a generous mix of documentary and editorial-style portraiture. For the majority of the day, I stay very hands off, focusing 100% on the story. You won’t find me asking you or your friends to stage or recreate moments, but you will find me ready to capture those moments before they even happen. During the portrait sessions of your day, it’s a little different. I give plenty of direction, working to bring creative ideas and poses to make images that are as unique as the people in them. Though I do direct during portraits my intentions are to capture the candid moments in between the poses to give you honest, natural photos.
03. WHAT’S YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY EXPERIENCE?
I hold an Associate of Arts in Photography and have over ten years experience documenting weddings. I’m humbled to say that I have photographed well over 150 events - ranging in size from just a few guests to more than five hundred and have been blessed with the opportunity to shoot at many of the Chicago areas most sought after venues. However, what really matters is that you love the work you see here and want something like it for yourself.

05. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERABLES?
You will receive all the photographer select, edited files in high resolution format. Easily downloadable with no watermarks via an online gallery. Image files are typically delivered within four weeks and hybrid video within sixty days after your event. The online gallery is up for one year and you can extend that time if needed.
06. HOW MANY PHOTOS ARE TAKEN ON THE DAY?
I do not impose any limits! I capture an unlimited number of images during the entire day, allowing me to record the complete story of your day.
07. CAN WE SEE SOME FULL WEDDING GALLERIES?
Of course you can! I firmly believe that showcasing complete client galleries is paramount for a photographer when presenting to potential clients. It's easy for any photographer to curate a selection of standout images for a portfolio, blog, or social media post. However, what truly matters is demonstrating the ability to navigate the challenges of a genuine wedding day – from unpredictable weather and diverse lighting conditions to managing group dynamics – all without the luxury of retakes. These galleries are accessible HERE. I will provide a passcode during our consultation.
08. DO YOU OFFER WEDDINGS ALBUMS?
Yes. Wedding albums are affordable and conveniently offered with every wedding collection from inside of your client gallery. There are multiple options for album sizes and covers.
09. DO I NEED A SHOT LIST?
No! Other than the family formals and bride & groom portraits, I will be capturing your day with a truly documentary style and approach. Your job is to enjoy the day with family and friends. My job is to capture it!
10. WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR TRAVEL?
Most of my weddings are shot in Northern Illinois area and have no associated travel fees. If your wedding is out the area or will require a hotel stay than we can discuss that as needed.
11. DO YOU CARRY LIABILITY INSURANCE?
Yes. I can provide documentation to your venues if needed.
12. WHAT’S THE DEPOSIT?
A $400 non-refundable retainer to own the date.
13. HOW DO WE BOOK?
After we’ve talked and agreed we’re a good fit along with which collection works best for your wedding I will provide a formal proposal with the contract and payment information in a custom online portal. I should mention most couples book 12 months in advance and I encourage couples to be prepared to secure their date with a deposit at the consultation. I hate telling couples their date is no longer available - especially after we’ve hit it off!
